Human Services Advisorv Board. <br />Anita Fuller and W.C. Daniels were appointed to the Human Services Advisory Board. <br />19. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2009-32 on emergencv, amending the citv's 2008-2009 <br />budget to transfer $11,605.00 from the Police Asset Forfeiture Fund for emergency repairs <br />to the air conditioner that serves the police computer room; and declaring an emergency. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Terry, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, to adopt Ordinance 2009-32 on <br />emergency, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />20.
