City Council Meeting Minutes September 2,2016 reviews and drainage impact analyses in the amount of $94,000.00 which includes an increase of $49,000.00 (ACTS NO. 1) above the previous not-to-exceed contract amount of $45,000.00; ratifying the City Manager's execution of this agreement on behalf of the City; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute authorization of Change in Services No. 1 on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. 14. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2016-33, setting the Property Tax Rate for the 2016 Tax Year at 53.02 cents on each $100 of taxable value of property that is not exempt from taxation; levying taxes for the use and support of the Municipal Government of the City for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2016 and ending September 30, 2017; providing a Sinking Fund for the retirement of the bonded debt of the City. 18.
