City Council Meeting Minutes October 18,2016 <br /> Marcos Water Utility. <br /> There being no further comments,the Mayor closed the Public Hearing at 8:01 <br /> p.m. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Mayor <br /> Pro-Tem Thomaides,to approve Ordinance 2016-44, on the first of two <br /> readings. Council requested that a fiscal note regarding the ongoing financial <br /> costs of similar projects and annexation be provided in the future.
