77 <br />Regular Meeting April 22, 1996 Page 3 <br />Mr. Hart moved to amend Section 3 (Section 114.518[41) and Section 4 <br />(114.533[4]) for the minimum depth of front setback from 20 feet to <br />10 feet and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Hart, Morris, Hernandez. <br />NAY: Moore, Mooney, Guerra, Cox. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />The motion failed. Mr. Hart then moved to amend Sections 1 (Section <br />114.353 [1] a. ) and 2 (Section 114.368 [1] a. ) to remain at the current <br />square footage of 6,000 square feet and Mr. Hernandez seconded the <br />motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Hart, Morris, Hernandez. <br />NAY: Moore, Mooney, Guerra, Cox. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />The motion failed. Mr. Taylor stated MF4 could still develop as a <br />nonconforming use if the square footage is not less than fifty <br />percent of this requirement, and MF5 will need to consider some <br />other development plan. Mr. Patterson will advise the Council how <br />many lots will be affected by this amendment.
