The economic analysis will be used to assist in the ranking <br />of individual projects and for the ability to qualify for other funding sources. <br />1.3.8 Develop inundation maps for up to 3 alternatives including 10 -year, 25 -year and 100 -year <br />events (depth, freeboard, velocity). These alternatives may include multiple projects and will be <br />used to determine the combined impacts of projects within the model area. Results of this effort <br />may be used in the ranking system. <br />1.3.9 Assess/rank improvement projects and review preliminary results with the City. The <br />ranking system will be based upon criteria and rating system previously established with the City. <br />1.3.10 Refine preferred project scopes and estimated costs to include other infrastructure <br />improvements (non -drainage or flood protection) that may be identified within alternative <br />construction limits. <br />1.3.11 Evaluate projects to determine the ability to qualify for or leverage additional funding <br />sources or grant opportunities. Results of evaluation will be used to develop City strategy for <br />completing future projects outside HUD -DR funding or timeframes. <br />1.3.12 Finalize project ranking/ prioritization for presentation to City Management, Council and <br />public. <br />1.3.13 Update project scopes and costs based on City input. <br />1.4 TASK 4 — POST DELIVERABLE MODEL CONVERSION <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.4.1 Provide general project management <br />1.4.2 Convert pre -project conditions InfoWorks model to XP-SWMM 2D. <br />1.4.3 Convert post -project conditions InfoWorks model to XP-SWMM 2D. Post -project <br />conditions will include final alternatives selected by the City for construction. <br />1.4.4 QA/QC XP-SWMM 2D models (including Verification/Calibration). <br />1.4.5 Present converted models to the City's technical staff and review their development. This <br />task includes review with staff of draft update of 2D modeling standards for XP-SWMM.
