1.4.6 Revise standards based upon staff input and prepare Final XP-SWMM Modeling Standards <br />and 2D Conversion Memo. <br />1.5 DELIVERABLES <br />The Consultant will provide the following deliverables: <br />a) Up to three separate presentations; <br />b) Final Report (Seven hard copies and one PDF version in digital format); <br />C) Modeling Standards Technical Memorandum; <br />d) Ranking criteria system; <br />e) Pre -Project Model (InfoWorks/HEC-RAS/Other); <br />f) Post -Project Models (InfoWorks/HEC-RAS/Other); <br />g) Updated Modeling Standards Tech Memo; <br />h) XP SWMM Results Memo; <br />i) Pre -Project Model XP SWMM; and <br />j) Post -Project Models XP SWMM <br />1.6 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE OR DELAY IN SERVICES/PROJECT <br />ASSUMTPIONS <br />1.6.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.5 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />services. Additional Staffing/Staff Augmentation for the Project Manager of selected projects is <br />specifically considered an additional service and the fees for such services are based on the hourly <br />rates included in Article 14. <br />1.6.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Article 14 of this Agreement. The approval of the <br />San Marcos City Council is necessary for all additional services, the compensation for which <br />exceeds $50,000.00. <br />1.6.3 The City and the Consultant understand and agree with the following assumptions: <br />a) Tasks 1-3 must be completed no later than May 2017. <br />b) Up to three Consultant staff will attend the kick-off meeting; <br />c) Consultant will participate in up to four in-person and four conference call coordination <br />meetings with the City throughout Tasks 1 -3 (estimated at four months); <br />d) Consultant will prepare for and present at up to three separate workshops/presentations; <br />AECOM Agreement for Disaster Recovery Support Services 1/17/2017 <br />6 <br />
