SECTION 28. Section 82.267 of the San Marcos City Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and designated as a reserved section as set forth below. Sec. 82.267. Reserved. Whenever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a roadway, it is unlawful for a bicycle rider to use the roadway. SECTION 29. Chapter 86, Article 1 of the San Marcos City Code is hereby amended as set forth below. ARTICLE 1. IN GENERAL DIVISION 1.
