• 15. Public Hearing to receive comment for and against an amendment to the future land use map from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) for a .1890 acres, more or less, tract of land located at 510 Harvey Street; amending the official zoning map of the City by rezoning this tract from Single-Family Residential District (SF- 4.5) to Duplex Restricted District (DR); including procedural provisions, and consider adoption of Zoning Ordinance 2009-43. At approximately 8:08 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing. There being no public comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:08 p.m. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by Councilmember Jones, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adopt Ordinance 2009-43, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. 16. Public Hearing to receive comment for and against amending the official zoning map of the City by rezoning 0.667 acres, more or less, out of the Original Town of San Marcos Subdivision, located at 101 S. Edward Gary, from "CC" Community Commercial District to "CBA" Central Business Area: including procedural provisions: and consider adoption of Zoning Ordinance 2009-44. At approximately 8:14 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing. • There being no public comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:14 p.m. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember Thomaides, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, with Councilmember Terry recusing himself, to adopt Ordinance 2009-44, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. 17. Public Hearing to receive comment for and against amending the official zoning man of the City by rezoning 0.3339 acres, more or less, out of the Original Town of San Marcos Subdivision, located at 119 S. Edward Gary, from "CC" Community Commercial District to "CBA" Central Business Area: and including procedural provisions: and consider adoption of Zoning Ordinance 2009-45. At approximately 8:15 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing.
