LNC! will survey existing visible utility facilities (e.g., manholes, valve bones, any <br />available ground markings showing horizontal location; etc.); <br />10. LNV will contact Texas one -Call to mark underground utilities and then survey <br />the existing utilities as located, <br />11. Existing trees, size and type (at minimum caliper inches required by City CIP) .-.. <br />24" and above caliper for Native oaks, Elms, Madrone, and Pecan, Celtis <br />Occidentalis (Hackberry); Juniperus Virginiana, Juniperus Ashei (Common <br />Cedar), Chinaberry, mesquite and Ligustrurn trees per San Marcos City <br />Ordinances, Section 5.5,2.2-(g)(2). <br />12. Locate and survey borings, channel material and geometry, and extra cross- <br />sections at the request of the City. Locations of cross-sections will require pre - <br />staking by the City or City's Engineer prior to survey, <br />13. LNV will prepare in Microstation VS or V8i, 2D drawing files with an ASCII file, <br />along with .tin and , dat files for the DTM model in GEO PAK; and <br />a. LNV will provide an Archeological letter only, <br />5. Pipelines <br />a. LNV will determine the existing water and sewer alignments. <br />b. LNV will provide a preliminary hydraulic model of the project area to determine the <br />proposed size of the sewer main. <br />6. Streets <br />a. LNV will develop a proposed layout of sidewalks along Linda Drive from River Road to <br />Sherbarb Drive. <br />7. Drainage <br />a. LNV will determine the existing storm water system alignments based on field survey and <br />as-builts provided by the City. <br />b. LNV will develop a preliminary hydrologic and hydraulic model of the project area. <br />c. LNV will determine if any LID or water quality components could be utilized. <br />d. LNV will develop a preliminary storm water management report. <br />8. Determine Easement/Land Acquisition Requirements <br />a. LNV will provide a strip map/exhibit identifying the parcels in which easements are <br />needed. <br />9. Determine Project Permitting <br />a. LNV will determine and provide a list of potential permits necessary to complete the <br />project. <br />10. Identify Utility Conflicts <br />a. LNV will provide a utility base neap and matrix identifying the potential utility conflicts. <br />11. Develop Construction Cost Estimate <br />a. LNV will develop an opinion of probable construction cost estimate. <br />3 <br />
