Public meetings: Public meetings have been budgeted which consists of preparing <br />exhibits and attending the meeting. <br />3. Tasks <br />a. Erosion/Sedimentation Control: LNV will develop erosion and sedimentation control <br />measures to be included in the plans and details. <br />b, Traffic Control: LNV will provide standard traffic control details for construction of the <br />improvements. A detailed traffic control plan will be developed for Linda Drive at all <br />intersections within the project limits. <br />c. Notifications: <br />i. TCEQ: LNV will notify TCEQ at project, milestones as required by TCEQ. <br />4. Deliverables <br />a. 60%, LNV will provide two (2) hard copies of 11" x 17" plan sets and one (1) pdf <br />electronic copy. At a minimum, the plan set will contain the following: <br />I- C ove r Sheet <br />2. General Notes <br />3. Project Layout Sheet: LNV will provide a layout of the project with plan sheet <br />references. <br />4. Overall Quantity Sheet: LNV will provide a quantity table that includes individual <br />sheet quantities and the overall project quantities. <br />5. Wastewater Line Plan and Profile Sheets: Estimated Number of Sheet — eighteen <br />(18), <br />6. Vater Line Man and Profile Sheets: Estimated Number of Sheets — nine (9). <br />7, Sidewalk Plan Sheets: Estimated number of Sheets — two (2). <br />8. Drainage Plan and Profile Sheets: Estimated Number of Sheets -- nine (9). <br />9, Utility Layout Sheets: Estimated Number of Sheets -- eighteen (18). <br />10. List of Standard Details: City of San Marcos details will be used where available. <br />City of Mustin details will be used otherwise. <br />11. List of Standard Specifications: City of San Marcos specifications will be used. <br />TxDOT standard specifications may also be used if necessary <br />12.
