There were no <br />speakers so Mayor Moore closed the public hearing. Ms. Hughson moved for approval of the <br />Ordinance on first reading and to amend Section 2, Inside City Limits: Administrative minor plat <br />$50 acre, $100 min to read "$1,500 max."; Minor plat $50/acre, $100 min to read "$1,500 max."; <br />Preliminary plat $30/acre, $250 min to read "$2,000 max."; Final plat $10/acre, $250 min to read <br />"$2,000 max." Outside City Limits: Administrative minor plat $62.50/acre, $125 min to read <br />"$1,875 max"; Minor plat $62.50/acre, $125 min to read "$1,875 max"; Preliminary plat <br />$37.50/acre, $312.50 min to read 12,500 max". Section 3: To residential $25/acre, $100 min to <br />read "$1,500 max"; To PDD or "P" $25/acre, 5100 min to read "$1,500 max"; To multi-family <br />$100/acre, $250 min to read "$1,500 max"; To commercial or industrial $100/acre, $250 min to <br />read "$1,500 max". Mr. Doiron seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance on emergency, the caption <br />which was read as follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2000; LEVYING AN ANNUAL <br />AD VALOREM TAX TO PAY SAID BONDS; PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF SAID <br />BONDS; AWARDING THE SALE THEREOF; APPROVING THE OFFICIAL <br />STATEMENT; ENACTING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />Mr. Moseley moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mr. Doiron seconded the <br />motion. Mr. Fisher stated the handout given to the Council is the written amendments to this <br />Ordinance. Mr. Moseley moved to amend Section 3.02 (b), page 5; Section 4.02, page 11; <br />Section 6.01 (a) as provided by Mr. Fisher and Mr. Cox seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Moseley moved to amend Section 3.02 (b), page 6; Section 4.02, page 13, Section <br />6.01 (a) as provided by Mr. Fisher and Mr. Hernandez seconded the-motion, which passed <br />unanimously.
