City Council Meeting Minutes September 3, 2019 <br />A motion was made by Council Member Mihalkanin, seconded by Council <br />Member Rockeymoore, to approve Resolution 2019-169R. The motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />17. Consider approval of Resolution 2019-170R adopting My Historic SMTX, the City's <br />Historic Resources Survey; and declaring an effective date. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Derrick, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem <br />Prewitt, that this Resolution be approved. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />18. Consider approval of Resolution 2019-171 R, approving an Agreement for the provision <br />of services in connection with the proposed owner requested annexation of approximately <br />92.787 acres of land generally located in the 1900 block of Redwood Road between <br />State Highway 123 and Old Bastrop Road; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; setting a date for a public hearing <br />concerning the proposed annexation of said tract of land; and declaring an effective date. <br />Shannon Mattingly provided a brief update regarding the requested <br />annexation. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Mihalkanin, seconded by Council <br />Member Gonzales, to approve Resolution 2019-171R. The motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />19.
