(1) The number of these signs on a premises is limited to one per street frontage. The <br />following are not counted in this limitation: <br />(a) Directional signs up to 12 square feet in area, provided the number <br />of these signs does not exceed the number of driveways; and <br />(b) Subdivision identification signs in accordance with this section. <br />Construction of on premises CEVM signs is limited to mai or and minor <br />arterials, state and federal highways in accordance with these regulations and <br />other state and federal uidelines. <br />Along Wonder ~Uorld Drive, Clovis Barker, McCarty Lane, SH 110, Hunter Road, <br />Centerpoint Road, Stables Road, future extensions of these roadways and other <br />major or minor arterials, new CEVM's are restricted to monument si n,~y. <br />(~ 4)Maximum Height <br />(a) The maximum height of any on-premise signs, except CEVM signs, <br />shall not exceed the following: <br />1. 421/2' along Interstate Highway 3 5 <br />2. 30' along Highways 123, 21, and 80 <br />3. 25' along all other roadways <br />4. Lots/businesses with street frontage in excess of 400 linear feet <br />may have one additional ground/monument sign per street <br />frontage. Ground/monument signs shall not exceed 7' in height. <br />a Frontage in this instance means each lot shall have at least <br />50' of adjacent, direct access to the roadway right-of way. <br />(b) CEVM suns or the area of a sign containing the CEVM shall not <br />._ ._ ._ <br />exceed 25' in height. <br />Freestanding signs over 4' in height shall not be located within 10' of <br />any property line unless displayed on a permitted fence or wall. Signs <br />greater than six feet in height must be reviewed by the City electric <br />utility for proper clearance from power lines. <br />(d) Monument CEVM suns shall not exceed 7 feet in height as illustrated <br />._ ._ <br />in Fi ure 6-6. <br />(~ 5) Maximum Sign Area <br />(a) The maximum effective sign area per side per sign shall not exceed the <br />following: <br />1. 260 square feet along Interstate Highway 3 5 <br />2. 160 square feet along Highways 123, 21, and 80 <br />3. 120 square feet along all other roadways <br />10 <br />
