as a result of the enforcement of these regulations and may include liens and <br />forfeiture of any conditional use permits or other remedies available to the City <br />Section 6.3.3.2 On-Premises Attached Signs <br />(a). Standards. Permanent on-premises attached signs are subject to the following <br />standards: <br />(1) Attached signs shall not extend vertically above the highest point of the <br />roofline ~~ above the facade. <br />Attached sins shall not extend into a required building setback area. <br />(2) The area of attached signs is limited according to the land use of the <br />premises as follows. The allowances may be increased by 50 percent when the <br />premises will have no ~ freestanding signs. <br />a. Single-family, two-family and mobile home residential uses may have <br />only those signs exempted in Section 6.3.1.4 and permitted signs <br />advertising a home occupation authorized by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission (CEVM signs prohibited); <br />b. Multifamily residential uses, residential condominiums and group <br />quarters (lodging houses and boarding houses, dormitories, fraternity <br />and sorority houses) may have identification signs having a total <br />aggregate area of up to five percent of the area of the facade on which <br />they are located (CEVM signs prohibited); <br />c. Office/professional, agricultural, business park, industrial and <br />institutional uses may have signs with a total aggregate area of up to <br />ten percent of the area of the facade on which they are located; <br />d All other nonresidential uses may have signs, including window signs, <br />with a total aggregate area of up to 10 percent of the area of the facade <br />on which they are located; and <br />e. Premises containing two or more uses having different standards under <br />this section shall have the allowable area determined by the use <br />allowing the greater area. <br />f. CEVM Si n,~ s may be incorporated into an on premise attached sign <br />however it shall not exceed 25 bercent of the total area allowed. <br />Section 6.3.3.3 On-Premises Freestanding Signs <br />(a) Standards.
