A CEVM si n or the <br />portion of a sign <br />comprised b~ <br />CEVM shall not <br />exceed 25 percent of <br />maximum allowable <br />area as noted above. <br />(4 6) Agricultural uses and single- <br />family, two-family and manufactured home <br />residential uses may have only those signs <br />exempted in Section 6.3.1.4 and subdivision <br />identification signs in accordance with this <br />section. <br />(~ 7) Amultiple-occupancy premises may <br />have a sign having an area up to: <br />a. Eighty square feet, plus ~ <br />20 square feet per tenant Figure 6-6: Monument Sign Measurement <br />advertised on the sign, or <br />260 square feet, whichever is greater, when located in the highway <br />corridor; or <br />b. Fifty square feet, plus ten square feet per tenant advertised on the <br />sign, or 160 square feet, whichever is greater, in all other locations. <br />c. Each tenant may have a different size sign; each sign does not have <br />to be the same size. <br />(g 8) A subdivision identification sign up to 96 square feet in area and four feet in height <br />may be displayed on private property or in the public right-of-way at a street entrance to <br />the subdivision, in addition to other freestanding signs permitted by this section. If <br />located in the right-of-way, the sign is subject to the following: <br />a. The sign may not encroach into the right-of way of an intersecting <br />street; <br />b. The sign shall be constructed of wood at least two inches thick or of <br />masonry or metal; <br />c.
