<br />35. <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />September 9, 2002 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of one <br />appointment to the Bond Advisory Board. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to appoint <br />Joe Castillo to complete a vacancy, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of five <br />appointments to the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee. Ms. Narvaiz moved <br />to appoint Jeff Jorgensen as the licensed veterinarian, which passed <br />unanimously. Mayor Habingreither moved to appoint Mark Brinkley as the <br />City Official, which passed unanimously. Mr. Mayhew moved to appoint Bert <br />Stratemann as the person whose duties include the daily operation of an <br />animal shelter, which passed unanimously. Mayor Habingreither moved to <br />appoint Sharri Boyett and Paul Mayhew moved to appoint Gail Field for the <br />representative from an animal welfare organization. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded. <br /> <br />Boyett: <br /> <br />Mihalkanin, Montoya, Habingreither and Taylor. <br /> <br />Field: <br /> <br />Narvaiz and Mayhew. <br /> <br />Sharri Boyett will serve as the animal welfare organization representative. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither moved to appoint Rosemary Davis and Paul Mayhew moved <br />to appoint Gail Field for the city resident. On roll call the following <br />vote was recorded. <br /> <br />Davis: <br /> <br />Montoya, Narvaiz, Habingreither and Taylor. <br /> <br />Field: <br /> <br />Mihalkanin and Mayhew. <br /> <br />Rosemary Davis will serve as the city resident representative. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to Human Services Advisory Board. Ms. Narvaiz moved to <br />appoint Naomi Harris and to reappoint Theresa James and Mr. Mayhew moved to <br />reappoint Terry Pacheco and Judy Allen, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of three <br />appointments to Arts Commission. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to appoint Francile <br />Blue, Ms. Narvaiz moved to appoint Lydia Marie Trevino and Mr. Mayhew moved <br />to appoint Judy Aswell and reappoint Betty Banks. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />Blue: <br /> <br />Mihalkanin, Montoya, Habingreither, Taylor and Mayhew. <br /> <br />Trevino: <br /> <br />Montoya, Narvaiz and Habingreither. <br /> <br />Aswell: <br /> <br />Mihalkanin, Montoya, Narvaiz, Habingreither, Taylor and Mayhew. <br /> <br />Banks: <br /> <br />Mihalkanin, Narvaiz, Taylor and Mayhew. <br />
