AIRPORT MASTER PLAN <br /> <br /> Taxiway Mike is converted to a high-speed exit from Runway 17 to reduce <br />ROT. <br /> Taxiway Juliet is realigned between the approach end of Runway 13 and <br />Taxiway Delta to open up additional space north of the taxiway for <br />development. <br />The re-alignment of Taxiway Juliet impacts taxi distances to the approach end of <br />Runway 17.
