Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoptzon of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE BETWEEN SAID CITY AND JAMES RILEY CU~4INGS FOR A FORTY(40) ACRE TRACT OF LAND FOR FARMING PURPOSES AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Kreczmer moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BRATH, INC., FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORK ON FIRE STATION NO. 4 LOCATED AT BROADWAY STREET AND PARKDALE STREET IN SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($18,868~00) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was was as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING PART XIII-13.00(a) (1) OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS PERSONNEL POLICIES ADOPTED MARCH 23, 1981, TO INCREASE THE RATE AT WHICH SAID CITY WILL REIMBURSE EMPLOYEES FOR MILEAGE FOR TRAVEL OUT OF SAID CITY ON AUTHORIZED BUSINESS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideratiOn adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, DECLARING THE INTENT OF SAID COUNCIL THAT THERE BE CLOSE COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION BE- TWEEN MEMBERS OF THE SAN ~RCOS PLANNING CO~.~ISSION AND THE SAN MARCOS ZONING COmmISSION; ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE TO FOSTER SUCH COOPERATION; DIRECTING THAT NOTICE OF THIS RESOLUTION BE DELIVERED TO EACH MEMBER OF SAID COMMISSIONS AND DECLARING AN EFFECT- IVE DATE.
