Micro Home: Single family detached dwelling ranging in size from 380 — <br />1,100 square feet, constructed on a permanent foundation meeting the <br />requirements of the International Residential Code (IRC), as applicable <br />and adopted by the City. <br />b. Accessory Uses <br />All other uses allowed in the MH District in Table 5.1 Land Use Matrix of <br />Section 5.1.1.2 Land Use Matrix of the SMDC shall be prohibited. <br />2. Project Density: Maximum density shall be 7.84 units per acre for a <br />maximum total of 210 units. Architectural Design Standards: <br />1. All structures shall be built to the current International Residential Code <br />(IRC), as applicable and adopted by the City. <br />2. The Property shall be developed with the following architectural styles of <br />units: Contemporary, Craftsman, Farmhouse, Colonial, Cottage and Cape <br />Code. <br />3. All buildings shall be similar in architecture to the representative elevations <br />attached in Exhibit "C".
