Attend and assist the City with substantial <br /> completion inspection(s) and walk-thru including concurrent TAS <br /> inspection; issue punch list for incomplete items including time for <br /> completion and issuing letter of substantial completion (1 meeting). <br /> The consultant will attend and assist the Citywith final inspection for <br /> acceptance of project and issue letter of concurrence (1 meeting). <br /> The consultant will assist the City in acquiring final close-out documents, <br /> warranties, accurate as-built drawings, and other documents required to <br /> close-out project. <br /> The consultant will assist with review and approval of contractor's final <br /> Application and Certification for Payment including retainage. <br /> II. CLIENT RESPONSIBILTIES AND PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br /> The City of San Marcos Cemetery Expansion site is approximately 4.5 acres <br /> located at the southwest side of Old Ranch Road 12, between Franklin Drive and <br /> Memorial Drive in San Marcos, Texas. <br /> Since the park is greater than one acre in size, the preparation and development of <br /> an erosion control pan for the contractor to use as part of his Stormwater <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with Texas Pollution Discharge <br /> Elimination System (TPDES)requirements is required. <br /> No construction phase surveying services are included in this scope of services. <br /> No electrical engineering design services are included in this scope of services. <br /> The anticipated City of San Marcos Cemetery Expansion Improvement elements <br /> included for design under the scope of services include: <br /> • On-site walkways and trails. <br /> • On-site roadways within the Attachment A project area. <br /> • On-site storm water retention/detention and storm water conveyance. <br /> • On-site wet utilities <br />
