Mr. Drew Wells
August 15, 2022
Page 10
• Landscape and irrigation improvements in common areas, parking lots,
main entry.
Final design will be based on master plan dated July 28, 2021.
On-site water and wastewater services will be used to serve the cemetery plots,
however adjustments and relocation may be required. Water and wastewater
design outside of the park boundary will require additional scope and fee.
A Floodplain Study is not being provided as part of this scope of services; if
future design impacts warrant that a floodplain study be provided the consultant
will enter into discussions with the City for a Floodplain Study to be provided as
an additional service.
The floodplain note will be based on the current flood insurance rate maps
prepared by F.E.M.A. or City approved drainage study only.
The fee does not include preparation of a floodplain study or research to
determine if one is necessary or has been performed, or detailed drainage studies
to analyze conveyance of off-site runoff involving HEC-1, HEC-2 or other similar
hydrologic or hydraulic analyses including survey cross sections, field notes and
easements. The fee does not include CLOMR or LOMR preparation or
communication with F.E.M.A.
Our understanding is that the project does not have any Planned Development
District(PDD)restrictions for cemeteries.
The following services are excluded unless specifically included in the proposal:
• Public stakeholder meetings and/or other presentations/facilitation
beyond those described in scope of services.
• Increase in construction documentation, regulatory entitlement,
bidding assistance and construction phase services resulting from
increase in development budget of more than 10% beyond design
development phase.
• Revisions to drawings previously approved by the City and regulatory
entities due to changes in: Project scope, budget, schedule, unforeseen
subsurface construction conditions or when such revisions are
inconsistent with written approvals or instructions previously given;
