The water service plan will include the proposed water line from the existing nearby water. The consultant will provide: Utility Coordination • Map existing utilities in the project area from surface features and 811 markings. • Provide utility company external coordination. • Identify potential utility conflicts. • Recommend utility potholing(if necessary). • Resolve potential utility conflicts through design modifications and/or recommended utility adjustments. • Coordinate with San Marcos Electric Utility (SMEU) on the removal of the existing OH electric facilities within the project site. Demolition/Removal Plan • Prepare plan showing all site features to be removed by the contractor. Drainage Report • Conduct pre/post development drainage analysis. • Prepare site stormwater layouts. •Prepare site drainage report. COSM LDC Chapter 6 - Environmental Regulations • Prepare Calculation of Impervious Cover(anticipated less than 25%) •Prepare temporary erosion and sediment controls. • Prepare stormwater quality and stream treatment. Project Site Plan •Proposed erosion and sedimentation controls (SW3P). • Proposed stormwater quality treatment. • Proposed 2" irrigation water system and hose bibs. • Proposed site grading, contours, and spot elevations for all improvements. • Proposed surface drainage improvements consisting of swales (no plan and profiles) • Proposed asphalt cemetery roads with concrete aprons (no plan and profiles).
