Design Coordination • FTEG will coordinate design with Halff Associates on project improvements (drainage swales and administration office driveway) in the existing Old RR12 right-of-way adjacent to the project site. Prepare final design development drawings incorporating the City's 60% plan comments. The consultant will provide the City with a final opinion of probable construction costs for the on the City of San Marcos Cemetery Expansion Improvements at the 100% plan completion stage. Specifications and bidder instructions in CSI format and will be provided to assist staff in the preparation of bid packets and bid form formatting.
