1.5.2 Insert return envelopes and any City inserts into each utility bill or delinquent notice as <br />requested by the City. <br />1.5.3 Detect and correct doubles or misses at insert stations, missed or unopened flaps on <br />envelope misalignment at final insertion area or other equipment malfunctions. <br />1.6 TASK 5- SORTING/MAILING <br />The Contractor will: <br />1.6.1 Sort all mail-outs to achieve the greatest potential discount possible on mailing costs. <br />1.6.2 Provide all mailing supplies required to mail utility bills and delinquent notices. <br />1.6.3 Ensure that all utility bills and delinquent notices are generated and mailed within one <br />business day from the day data is transferred to Contractor. <br />1.6.4 Use the City of San Marcos, Utility Billing Department, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, <br />Texas 78666 as the official address and include this address and the City Seal on all City of San <br />Marcos mail-outs for the most economical postage rates. <br />1.7 TASK 6 -REPORTS <br />The Contractor will: <br />1.7.1 Provide detail and summary reports (electronically) of transactions for each mail- <br />out/distribution through access to the DataProse DP Job Trax menu. The reports will include <br />current project production reports, overall production reports, and history and analysis of billing <br />information. <br />1.7.2 Transmit production reports to the City within one business day from the day of data <br />transfer to the Contractor. <br />1.7.3 Maintain the United States Parcel Service ("LISPS") Coding Accuracy Support System <br />("CASS") certification processing software or a software system which performs the same <br />function for the purpose of ensuring a current address verification process for the City. <br />1.8 TASK 7 -WAREHOUSING <br />The Contractor will: <br />1.8.1 Provide a climate controlled warehouse space of sufficient size to store a minimum of <br />two months volume of City envelopes and inserts. <br />1.8.2 Provide notification to the City at least 60 business days in advance of the depletion of the <br />1~~~~r~;~e ~'cs~ttr~ct <br />3 <br />
