No changes. <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> SPECIAL SERVICES: FNI shall render the following additional professional services,which are not <br /> included in the Basic Services described above, in connection with the development of the Project: <br /> 1. CULTURAL RESOURCES SURVEY <br /> The proposed cultural resources survey will be performed by a subconsultant under the direction of <br /> FNI based on the following scope of work: <br /> A. Provide cultural resource background research for compliance with Antiquities Code of Texas <br /> (ACT) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). <br /> B. Provide field survey for compliance with ACT and NHPA. <br /> C. Provide reporting for archeological and above-ground resources for ACT and compliance with <br /> cultural resource regulatory oversight outlined in Section 106 of the NHPA of 1966. <br /> D. Provide regulatory coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office at the Texas <br /> Historical Commission regarding the Highway 80 Utility Project. <br /> ARTICLE III <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES: Supplemental services are any services performed by FNI that are not <br /> included in basic services, but may be completed upon written authorization from the City, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> Remove the following: <br /> 1. Create Two Bid Packages-Upon written direction by the City, FNI will provide two separate bid <br /> packages including the following work: <br /> A. Bid Package No. 1-Water Line and Force Main—Approximately 6,000 LF of waterline from <br /> CRWA plant to Old Bastrop Road, including parallel force main along that alignment. <br /> B. Bid Package No. 2- Lift Station and Force Main—Lift station and appurtenant work, and force <br /> main from the corner of SH-100 and Old Bastrop Road to the City's wastewater treatment plant. <br /> Supplemental services include effort to create two separate plan sets and contract documents and <br /> provide Bid Package No. 1 bid, construction and record drawing phase services. Bid and <br /> construction phase services for Bid Package No. 2 are included in Basic Services. <br /> Add the following: <br /> 1. Create Two Bid Packages-Upon written direction by the City, FNI will provide two separate bid <br /> packages including the following work: <br /> A. Blanco Riverine Expedited Package- Force Main and Reclaimed Water Main—Approximately <br /> 3,500 LF of force main and 3,900 LF of reclaimed water main within the boundary of the Blanco <br /> Riverine Flood Mitigation Project and extending to the City's wastewater treatment plant. <br /> Phase construction for facilities included in Blanco Riverine Expedited Package will be added to <br /> the current City Blanco Riverine project as a change order to the existing construction contract. <br /> FNI will prepare design plans and technical specifications for inclusion into the change order; bid <br /> document preparation is excluded from this work. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
