Monthly Status Report: The Consultant will provide a monthly status report, including a <br /> summary of work completed with an MS Project schedule updated to reflect milestone <br /> deliverables. <br /> b. 60% Design Phase: Consultant will provide two (2) hard copies of 11"x 17" plan sets and <br /> one (1) pdf electronic copy.
