Provide dashboard capability to do remote disconnect or reconnect. <br />Develop the capability to execute remote disconnect from the EkaNetTM Data Manager 4Q08 <br />consol. This is currently done through EkaNetTM Network Manager and not accessible <br />throu h EkaNetTM Data Mana er. <br />2. Peaks report for non-demand meters <br />The peaks report provides the six highest demands within the time frame requested as 3Q08 <br />well as the total energy during the same time period. In addition the load factor for the <br />time eriod is re orted. <br />3. Develop aMulti-Speak interface <br />Provide the ability to directly or indirectly communicate with external systems such as <br />the Harris Computers, Inc utility billing system. This does not have to be Multi-Speak <br />for San Marcos but we will be completing Multi-Speak exchange capability for those 4Q08 <br />utilities that are Multi-Speak compliant. We will set down after contract signing with <br />San Marcos, Harris, Eka Systems along with sub-contractors to determine the most <br />cost effective and efficient manner to accomplish this interface. 100 hours of Eka <br />S stems develo ment time has been allotted for this function. <br />4. Node Exception Reports that have not reported in <br />A standard report will be provided on a daily basis showing all Nodes that have not 3Q08 <br />reported within a user specified time frame with the listing sorted by the longest lapse <br />in data at the to of the list in descendin order. <br />5. Provide exception report list of meter Nodes that contain non-normal interval <br />status codes <br />Missing or loss of potential, for example, is considered as non- normal intervals. This 3Q08 <br />report lists all meters with non-normal intervals. The user will have the ability to define <br />what is considered anon-normal status.
