Provide exception report for un-assignable meter Nodes including any known <br />location <br />This report will list all meters that are in the Eka Systems data base and not imported 2008 <br />in a route reading files each month from the Harris system. We can also list all of the <br />meter Nodes in the pier table sorted in descending order by link quality to the meter in <br />uestion. <br />7. Validation, Editing, and Estimation (VEE: must be defined further) <br />VEE is used for estimating missing interval data for daily settlements when not Out of Scope <br />available by 8:OOAM. This is normally provided by the MDM platform and is rarely <br />provided in the AMI collection system. Eka Systems will entertain this functionality if <br />and when Eka S stems develo s MDM ca abilities. <br />8. Time-of-use capability from interval data <br />Time-of-use determination from interval data is normally provided by the MDM system. Out of Scope <br />Some limited number of billing systems that can deal with interval data may also <br />rovide this ca abilit Eka S stems ma rovide this ca abilit but not in 2008. <br />9. Develop industry standard import/export capabilities: MVRS, HHF, CSV <br />Eka Systems has completed the ability to export interval data in the HHF file format <br />which is the industry standard in the US. Our sub-contractor has also developed the Done <br />ability to export monthly billing determinants in the MVRS format again accepted as an <br />industry standard in the US. In addition, we have the ability to export data in a comma <br />se arated file which can be tailored to the utilit 's re uirements. <br />10. Profile capability in graphic form <br />EkaNetT"' Data Manager already has the ability to display interval data in graphic form 3008 <br />for a specified time frame. This report allows the user to drill down to an expanded <br />window simply by dragging and selecting a shorter time frame from within the original <br />time window. <br />Requested Enhancements <br />11. Tamper, Tilt, Reverse/negative consumption(Meter Dependent) <br />The EkaNet node does not provide tilt and tamper capability so we are limited to 4008 <br />reporting only meters that support tilt and tamper. EkaNet TM' Data manager can and we <br />will re ort meters with ne ative consum tion in a re ort. <br />13. Meter Events Report: Battery alarm, removed, active, not reporting, remote <br />disconnect, engaged, disengaged, meter events report. <br />This is a standard report that will provide any meter that has any of the events listed 4008 <br />above for the requested report time frame. This report is in addition to any automated <br />event handling supported through EkaNetT"' Network Manager/EkaNet TM' Data <br />Mana er and the interface to externals stems. <br />14. Gateways Status Report <br />See Gateway Status Report in EkaNet T"^ Network Manager Manual. We will provide <br /> <br />the standard Gateway reports from within Data Manager so the user does not have to Done <br />switch back and forth between EkaNetT"" Network Manager and EkaNetT"" Data <br />Mana er. <br />15.
