c) Provide City personnel and equipment utilization requirements as defined in <br />Articles 1 and 2; and <br />d) Provide EkaNetTM Data Manager Integration Plan to the Utility Billing <br />Application. <br />1.4.4 Provide Nodes for water meters for the installation and commissioning by the City's <br />Water Department including: <br />a) Provide training for the City's Water Department personnel; and <br />b) Provide EkaNetTM Data Manager Integration Plan to the Utility Billing <br />Application. <br />1.4.5 Install and commission the proposed Gateway and Relay devices based on the <br />propagation study performed in Phase 1 and provide an installation schedule. <br />1.4.6 Conduct a Phase 1 Beta Test per the Beta Success Criteria Table located in Section <br />1.3.10. <br />1.4.7 Perform the following as needed in order to identify: <br />a) Recommended maintenance schedule; <br />b) Additional recommended training; <br />c) Additional recommended software development; and <br />d) Additional recommended system integration; <br />1.4.8 Provide all equipment and software associated with Phase 2 of this Agreement to <br />include: <br />a) As per, but not limited to, the meters identified in the Pricing Schedule located in <br />Article 13; <br />b) Nodes (electric); <br />c) Nodes (water); <br />d) Gateways; <br />i. Indoor <br />ii.Outdoor (additional service) <br />e) Network Manager <br />f) Data Manager <br />g) Relays; <br />h) Field Tools <br />i) Cables, connectors, antennae, Gateway mounting brackets (additional service) <br />1.5 WARRANTY AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br />The Vendor will provide warranty and support for the System as accepted by the City in <br />accordance with the Eka Warranty and Support Agreement attached as Attachment C. The terms <br />and conditions of this Attachment C will govern the Vendor's provision of support services and <br />Advanced Metering Infrastructure Agreement Page 14 <br />
