3. Assist in the installation of up to 340 electric meters and 170 water meters <br />that are equipped with Nodes for the Beta test. The City will provide <br />required tools for meter installation such as cutters, pliers, leather and/or <br />protective insulating gloves for handling energized facilities, protective <br />glasses, long sleeved cotton or wool shirt, and a small ladder depending on <br />the location of the meter. The Vendor will provide training for City <br />personnel for Node installation in the meters; <br />4) Provide electric meters integrated with Nodes and deliver water Nodes to <br />the City for node-meter integration. In addition, the Vendor will train the <br />City's Water Department personnel to integrate and field retrofit meters. <br />5) Analyze the AMI System over a minimum period of 90 calendar days as <br />set forth in the Beta Success criteria table located in Section 1.3.10 prior to <br />Phase 1 acceptance. <br />6) Analyze the AMI System via remote access to the Gateways previously <br />installed using EkaNetTM Network Manager. <br />7) Conduct a review meeting wherein the Vendor will brief the City on the <br />current status of Beta testing and the City will determine if the success <br />criteria, as set forth in subsection 1.3.10, have been met. Such <br />determination will not be unreasonably withheld; <br />8) Schedule meeting and present test results to the appropriate City <br />personnel. <br />9) Pass data to Utility Billing System Application as the City deems <br />necessary. <br />10) Pass required information to the Utility Billing Application into a database <br />designed by Harris Computers, Inc. <br />1.3.8 Provide all equipment and software associated with Phase 1 of the Project as further <br />speciEed in this Agreement to include: <br />a) Electric meters. Integration will be provided by the Vendor in cooperation with <br />the City; <br />b) Nodes (electric); <br />c) Nodes (water); <br />d) Gateways and Relays; <br />i. Indoor <br />ii. Outdoor (additional service) <br />e) Software: EkaNetTM Network Manager, EkaNetTM Data Manager <br />f) Field Tools <br />g) Cables, connectors, antennae, Eka mounting brackets (additional cost items) <br />1.3.9 Alpha Testing: Perform Alpha testing in accordance with the following Alpha Success <br />Criteria Table: <br />Advanced Metering Infrastructure Agreement Page 8 <br />
