The Cross-TotNn Pathway will provide a <br />transportation route for public access to all parts of the city and university via bicycle and <br />pedestrian paths, reduce vehicular u-affic, improve bicycle safety and support eco- <br />tourism. <br />1 anpr°..iate the work and planning he city is putting into this effort- I strongly support all <br />e P.,)r s of the city to enhance bicll,,;Ie use, i.e_, commuters, pleasure riders, organized <br />rides, and exercise riders. <br />Sincere{ , <br />c <br />Bibb Underwood
