(b) Signs Prohibiting Parking Required. On all sections of internal streets on <br />which parking is prohibited under this Article, the owner or agent shall erect metal signs; <br />type, size, height and location shall be approved by the Director of Public WedEs <br />Services prior to installation. <br />(c) Internal Street Construction and Maintenance. All internal streets shall be <br />constructed and maintained by the owner or agent. All internal streets shall be free of <br />cracks, holes and other hazards. Internal streets shall be constructed on hard-surfaced, all- <br />weather material and shall be approved by the Director of Public AledEs Services. <br />SECTION 27. Section 7.2.1.2, Location; Performance Guarantees, subsection (b), is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(b) Extension of Lines. Extension of water and wast°wa lines shall be made <br />along the entire frontage of the subdivision or development plat adjacent to a street or <br />thoroughfare. If the subdivision is not adjacent to a thoroughfare, the extension of utilities <br />shall be accomplished in such a manner as to allow future connections to said utilities by <br />new subdivisions. If new subdivisions will never be constructed beyond a developing <br />subdivision due to physical constraints, the Director of Engineering may waive the <br />requirement for adjacent utility line construction at the time of final plat approval and <br />prior to construction of the subdivision. <br />SECTION 28. Section 7.3.1.2 Centralized Wastewater System; Connection to Existing • <br />System, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 7.3.1.2 Centralized Wastewater System; Connection to Existing System <br />(a) Design Requirements. Where wastewater is to be provided through a <br />centralized system, the developer shall install adequate facilities, subject to the standards <br />and specifications of the City and state design criteria for wastewater systems. <br />(b) ?isthig Ntwtem.
