• (30) Lumberyard and building material sales and service facility: One space for each <br />300 square feet of gross floor area. <br />(31) Recreation and amusement facilities occurring primarily outdoors, either <br />separately or jointly, as the principal permanent use of the premises, as follows: <br />a. Arcade: One space per 200 square feet of gross floor area. <br />b. Sport fields, swimming pool, private parks and playgrounds: One space <br />per 100 square feet of gross floor area of indoor facilities plus one space <br />per four persons design capacity of outdoor facilities, including both <br />participants and spectators as applicable. <br />C. Tennis and other sport courts: Two spaces per court. <br />d. Golf course: One space per 150 square feet gross floor area of indoor <br />facilities, plus five spaces per green. <br />e. Miniature golf: One space per 200 square feet gross floor area of indoor <br />facilities, plus 1 1/2 spaces per hole. <br />f. Driving/archery/shooting range: One space per 200 feet gross floor area <br />of indoor facilities, plus one space per tee or target. <br />g. Skateboarding, water slide: One space per 200 feet gross floor area of <br />indoor facilities, plus one space per two persons design capacity of <br />outdoor facilities. <br />h. Go-carts and all-terrain vehicles: One space per two vehicles, plus one <br />space per four spectator seats. <br />i. Rodeo, circus, auto/motorcycle racing: One space per three spectator <br />seats. <br />j. Fairground, exhibition, carnival: One space per 500 square feet of <br />outdoor site area, plus one space per four fixed spectator seats. <br />k. Any combination of the outdoor uses listed in this subsection on the same <br />premises. The sum of the minimum requirements for the individual uses <br />proportionate to the indoor and outdoor areas allocated for each use. <br />(32) Gym: One space for every 250 square feet of gross floor area <br />(b) New or Unclassified Uses. When a proposed land use is not classified in this Section, <br />the parking requirements will be based on the minimum standard which applies to a <br />specified use which is most closely related to the proposed land use, as determined by <br />the Director. <br />(c) Parking on the Same Lot Required. Except as provided in Chapter 1, Article 2 for <br />circumstances that may be approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustments as a special <br />exception, all required off-street parking spaces shall be located on the same lot or tract <br />as the principal use being served by the parking area. All required parking shall be on a <br />paved surface (see Division 3 of this Article). <br />(d) Off-Street Loading Requirements.
