City of San Marcos Contract#2025-039.1 <br /> • Reallocation of unused funds: If it is determined that allocated funding is not being utilized or appears <br /> unlikely to be utilized within the contract term,the City reserves the right to reallocate such funds to <br /> other agencies at its discretion.
