Participate in a Phase 1 Project kickoff meeting. Participants shall include: Owner <br /> staff, Owner Advisor, and Design-Builders key personnel. <br /> 2. Participate in a partnering workshop with the Owner and Design-Builder Key <br /> Personnel. Participants shall include: Owner staff, Owner Advisor, and Design- <br /> Builders key personnel. <br /> 3. Within 21 days of the Phase 1 Notice to Proceed (NTP), provide a Draft Project <br /> Management Plan that describes the PDB approach to Phase 1 services. The <br /> format and level of detail for all documents, tools, and processes shall be <br /> acceptable to the Owner. The plan will specifically address: <br /> • Team organization necessary to deliver Phase 1 services <br /> • Communication protocols, document management and control, decision <br /> process, and dispute resolution matrix <br /> = Proposed Cost Model format and organization (agreed-upon Cost Model <br /> format and organization will be used as the basis for the Baseline Cost Model, <br /> interim updates, updates at each defined design milestone, and each GMP) <br /> • Phase 1 schedule including : <br /> o Dates of Deliverables listed in the Scope of Services <br /> o Key milestones <br /> o Critical path items <br /> • Proposed Project schedule format and structure <br /> • Proposed format and process for risk management (e.g., format of risk <br /> register, process, etc.) <br /> • Proposed format and structure for design, cost, and schedule trend <br /> management process for the Owner to provide input during Phase 1 <br /> • Building information modeling (BIM)/technology standards and processes for <br /> collaborating <br /> • Solicitation and procurement process for compliance with any potential <br /> federal or state funding program requirements <br /> • Table of contents for all plans defined in subsequent tasks <br /> - Procurement Plan <br /> - Permitting and Approvals Plan <br /> - Quality Management Plan <br /> 3 Exhibit B - Phase 1 Scope of Services <br />
