For the PDR Deliverable Package, the Design-Builder shall: submit the draft for <br /> review; schedule and facilitate a review meeting with Owner to present the <br /> package and an overview of the initial Cost Model and Project schedule; and <br /> respond to Owner review comments. <br /> 5. The Design-Builder shall maintain and update the PDR as necessary through <br /> 60% design. The Design-Builder shall submit a final PDR Package with the 60% <br /> Design Package as described in Task 6.3. <br /> Task 6.2-30% Design Package. After completion of the PDR, the Design-Builder shall <br /> proceed with further development and refinement of the design, including development <br /> and submittal of a 30% Design Package to the Owner including: <br /> • 30% Drawings <br /> • 30% Specifications Table of Contents <br /> • 30% Design-Build Cost Model <br /> • 30% Design-Build Schedule <br /> • 30% Procurement and Buyout Plan <br /> • Updated Risk Register for Phases 1 and 2 <br /> Task 6.3-60% Design Package. After completion of the 30% Design Package, the <br /> Design-Builder shall proceed with further development and refinement of the design, <br /> including development and submittal of a 60% Design Package to the Owner for review <br /> and comment. The 60% Design Package shall include all documents, drawings, and <br /> specifications required under this task or identified as being submitted along with the <br /> 60% design under other tasks. The 60% Design Package shall include: <br /> • Proposed Revisions to Owner's Project Criteria <br /> • Final Adjudicated and Accepted Responses to Owner's 30% Review Comments <br /> • Final PDR Deliverable Package <br /> • 60% Drawings <br /> • 60% Specifications <br /> • Draft Phase 2 Construction Emergency Response Plan and Site Safety Plan <br /> • Draft Phase 2 Quality Management Plan <br /> • Draft Preliminary Commissioning and Startup Plan <br /> • Draft Preliminary Acceptance Test Plan (Draft Acceptance Test Plan shall <br /> identify any proposed changes to the Project performance standards included in <br /> Attachment E of the RFP template) <br /> • Draft Maintenance of Plant Operations Plan <br /> • 60% Design-Build Cost Model (including drawdown schedule) <br /> 9 Exhibit B — Phase 1 Scope of Services <br />
