For each Phase 2 Contract Price <br /> Amendment included with the GMPs, the Design-Builder shall assemble the applicable <br /> design drawings, specifications, and other information necessary to document the basis <br /> of the GMP. The Baseline Document Design Package(s) will incorporate the <br /> adjudicated Owner review comments from all prior Design Package submissions. <br /> Task 6 Deliverables: <br /> • Draft PDR Package <br /> • Owner Draft PDR Package Comments and Adjudicated Design-Builder <br /> Responses <br /> • 30% Design Package <br /> • 60% Design Package <br /> • Baseline Document Design Package(s) <br /> Task 6 Assumptions: <br /> • Engineering design will be done in 30% and 60% packages <br /> • Specifications included in GMP(s) for early procurement of long-lead engineered <br /> equipment and electrical equipment will be procurement-ready specifications <br /> • Non-procurement-ready specifications provided to support GMPs will be included <br /> as one-line specifications in the form of a Work Description <br /> Task 7—Preconstruction Services <br /> Task 7.1—Cost Estimating. Throughout Phase 1, the Design-Builder will develop and <br /> maintain the Project Cost Model using industry standard cost-estimating software. As <br /> part of this task, the Design-Builder will complete the following: <br /> 1. Develop and submit a Conceptual (Baseline) Project Cost Model based on the <br /> PDR design documents. The Baseline Project Cost Model shall identify Project <br /> scope and include a preliminary work breakdown structure (WBS) needed to <br /> complete the Project and estimate the costs, duration, and sequence of tasks to <br /> the Project Team. The Cost Model shall be based on a labor and material type <br /> cost estimate, historical metrics, or parametric comparisons consistent with <br /> 11 Exhibit B — Phase 1 Scope of Services <br />
