5) start finalizing the documentation for the on-site servers; <br />6) Begin planning the full training plan with the pilot police officers to maximize the <br />effectiveness of the System; <br />7) Begin planning the full training plan for the Court personnel and Technology Staff to <br />maximize the effectiveness of the System; and <br />8) Verify citation output from the pilot police officers to ensure the effectiveness of the <br />training. <br />The operational pilot phase can last from a month to a few months depending upon the success <br />of the Project and the feedback from the pilot police officers and the City's Police Department. <br />Sign-off by the Project Owners Warren Zerr and Susie Garcia or their proxy to go or "no go" <br />from this phase to the next phase. <br />F. Full Rollout <br />The Vendor will: <br />1) Define the training schedule to maximize Project effectiveness; <br />2) Train police officers; <br />3) Train the court staff; <br />4) Train the selected City's technology staff; <br />5) Install remaining devices and/or teach City staff how to install devices; and <br />6) Complete any remaining documentation. <br />This phase typically lasts one week. <br />Sign-off by the Project Owners Warren Zerr and Susie Garcia or their proxy to go or "no go" <br />from this phase to the next phase. <br />G. Post Action <br />The Vendor will: <br />1) Define next steps and the post-implementation milestones; and <br />2) Gather feedback on Project processes and what went well and what needs <br />improvement on the Project processes; and <br />3) Verify successful implementation and satisfactory operation with the City. <br />Sign-off by the Project Owners Warren Zerr and Susie Garcia or their proxy to accept and close <br />this Project <br />The Vendor will invoice for the remainder of the compensation. <br />Brazos Technology, Hand Held Ticket Writer System Agreement <br />32
