Files will be delivered to the <br />City via the City's preferred ShareFile site. The CONSULTANT will utilize the <br />ShareFile site for internal and external transfer of project data, document <br />management, and project scheduling and coordination. This also includes <br />coordination to transfer GIS documentation. <br />Deliverable: Project File Index at Completion, File Delivery <br />2. STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION & PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />2.1 Public Involvement Plan <br />The CONSULTANT team will develop a plan for community and stakeholder <br />outreach and a strategy for communication. The Public Involvement Plan (PIP) will <br />incorporate outreach and engagement methods that foster meaningful <br />participation and provide community input for the successful development and <br />implementation of the TMP. The PIP will also identify a list of key stakeholders. <br />The engagement strategy will leverage existing communication channels and <br />identify any supplemental strategies needed to educate and engage the <br />community on the project. As part of the PIP development, the CONSULTANT <br />team will hold a one -hour virtual coordination meeting with project team staff and <br />Communications staff to determine previous outreach experience and social <br />media channel capabilities for advertising and promoting the plan. The <br />CONSULTANT team will work closely with participating staff to ensure <br />communication and outreach strategies are integrated and coordinated with <br />concurrent related efforts. The PIP will be presented with the Project Work Plan to <br />the Study Oversight Committee. <br />Deliverables: PIP Coordination Meeting Preparation and Facilitation, Public <br />Involvement Plan (Draft with up to 2 revisions) <br />2.2 Advertising Content <br />The CONSULTANT team will work with the City's predefined branding standards <br />to define colors, fonts, and other graphical themes for the project with up to three <br />revisions from the City before developing public -facing project materials.
