<br />D. The Chamber shall authorize and make expenditures of funds under this Agreement <br />("ED Funds") in conformity with the Minority Economic Development Budget approved by the City <br />Council and attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A. <br />E. The Chamber shall provide a written report to the City Council and the City's Minority <br />Economic Development and Tourism Development Advisory Board (the "Advisory Board") monthly <br /> <br />on all issues related to economic development, with a copy to the City Manager. The report shall <br />describe Chamber activity related to economic development in the preceding month, and shall <br /> <br />include the following information: <br />1. List of new prospect contacts. <br /> <br />2. List of pending prospects with status of each. <br />3. Summary description of staff activity. <br /> <br />4. Monthly and year-to-date revenues and expenditures. <br />F. The Chamber shall provide a monthly briefmg to the City Council, through the Chamber <br /> <br />Board Chair and President, in connection with each monthly report provided under subsection E <br />above, to elaborate on the written information, respond to questions, seek City Council input on <br /> <br />specific prospects, and facilitate participation by City officials in specific initiatives. The report shall <br />be presented to the City Council in executive session, to the extent n~eded to protect the <br /> <br />confidentiality of information fÌ'om business prospects in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings <br />Law. <br /> <br />G. The Chamber shall furnish to the City Council and to the Advisory Board, on or before <br />December 31, 2003 and March 31,2004, a quarterly performance report, with a copy to the City <br />Manager, describing the extent to which each of the goals described in Section I.A above has been <br /> <br />met during the preceding three-month period. On or before June 1,2004, the Chamber shall provide <br />an annual performance report to the City Council and to the Advisory Board describing the extent <br />to which each of the goals described in Section I.A above has been met since the beginning of the <br /> <br />term of this Agreement. <br />H. A chart depicting the organizational structure and reporting relationship ofthe Chamber, <br /> <br />the Advisory Board and the City is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B. <br />I. The Chambèr shall not discriminate against any person, firm or organization in connection <br /> <br />with this Agreement on the basis of ability to pay, age, sex, disability, race, nationality, or religion. <br /> <br />2 <br />
