The strategic location of this project reinforces a pedestrian link between the <br />Texas State University Campus and the San Marcos Downtown. A central <br />component to the university Master Plan includes a grand pedestrian mall <br />adjacent to this site and extending toward the San Marcos River. Concho <br />Green Pedestrian Mall is scheduled for completion in Fall of 2009. This <br />project will support and enhance the pedestrian mall and will function as a <br />western anchor to the facility. <br />f.
