The <br />Engineer will review standard details, and modify details as necessary to meet project - specific <br />requirements, and include modifications in the plan drawings. The Engineer will prepare detailed <br />drawings to include any details necessary for the construction contractor to complete the Project. <br />1.2.3 Prepare construction plans and details of the following: <br />a) Street and Storm Sewer Improvements - Plan and Profiles. <br />b) Sidewalk and Driveway Improvements — Plan. <br />c) Water line Improvements — Plan and Profiles. <br />d) Sewer line Improvements — Onsite -Plan and Profiles. <br />e) Sewer line Improvements — Roosevelt Wastewater line — Plan and Profiles. <br />In accordance with the following requirements: <br />f) Full size plans (24 inch x 36 inch); <br />g) Plan and profile drawings at 1 inch = 20 feet horizontal and 1 inch = 5 feet vertical; <br />and <br />h) Plan view drawings with the location of pertinent data, along with existing structures, <br />trees, utilities, rights -of -way, property lines, tax lot identification numbers, addresses, <br />and easements will be shown as applicable. <br />1.2.4 Prepare specifications to include the bid document in Word format. <br />1.2.5 Prepare traffic control plan for routing of traffic during construction. <br />1.2.6 Prepare Erosion Control Plan Sheet. Contractor shall be responsible for SW3P submittals. <br />1.2.7 Finalize hydrologic and hydraulic study for the proposed design. <br />1.2.8 Provide design plan view sheets, design standard details and design technical <br />specifications at 100 %. <br />1.2.9 Stake centerline of right -of -way for relocation of private and public utilities. The <br />Engineer will perform centerline staking one time and the City will ensure that the private utility <br />company will perform any re- staking. <br />1.2.10 Prepare plats and field notes for additional right of way or easement acquisition required <br />for the street and drainage improvements for review and approval by the City. <br />1.2.11 Ensure that the private utility companies field locate any utilities that may be in conflict <br />with the proposed Project. <br />1.2.12 Perform a conflict investigation and coordinate with public and private utility companies <br />to resolve any discovered conflicts. In addition, the Engineer will coordinate with utility <br />companies to ensure that conflicts are being addressed and adequately scheduled for relocation. <br />4 <br />
