A discretionary
bonus is not being requested.

1.

Offsite Improvements
a. Additional R.O.W. along State Highway i62l will
be dedicated to the State Department of Highways
and Public Transportation (S.D.H.P.T.). This
dedication is a supportive effort to help
improve roadway geometry along the highway by
allowing area for SDHPT construction.
b. Proposed wastewater improvements include a
liftstation and offsite forcemain. A forcemain
crossing of the San Marcos River has been
permitted by the Corps of Engineers. The
location of this crossing is consistent with the
City's Master Plan.
Oversizing of liftstation/sewer crossing
facilities will comply with City requirements.
These requirements will be established during
the final design phase.
