1.8.1 Provide climate controlled warehouse space of sufficient size to store a minimum of two <br />months volume of City envelopes and inserts. <br /> <br />1.8.2 Provide notification to the City at least 60 business days in advance of the depletion of the <br />existing supply of City documents. <br /> <br />1.9 TASK 8 -MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />The Contractor will: <br /> <br />1.9.1 Maintain secure control and handling of all City documents in order to prevent access by <br />unauthorized individuals. <br /> <br />1.9.2 Provide immediate notification to the City of any maintenance, operational, or production <br />issue that could delay the production/distribution of bills and/or delinquent notices. The Contractor <br />will have available immediate access to backup equipment or a 24 hour equipment service contract <br />in the event of Contractor's equipment failure. <br /> <br />1.9.3 The Contractor's project manager is Yolanda Thomas and the alternate project manager is <br />Lokie Perez. The Contractor will provide written notification to the City immediately in the event <br />of a change in project management. <br /> <br />1.10 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.10.1 The City may direct the Contractor to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.9 above. The Contractor will submit a written estimate <br />of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services <br /> <br />1.10.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Contractor must <br />be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 12.2 of this Agreement. The approval of the <br />City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds <br />$25,000. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Contractor regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Contractor's services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Ernest Cavazos, Utility Billing and Collection Manager as the City's Project <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
