That the City Council of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas shall, on or before July 24, 1987, by <br />resolution duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and <br />al ternate judges to serve in said election at the polling <br />places for the respective City precincts set forth <br />hereinabove, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold <br />the election in the respective precincts set forth <br />hereinabove, and any vacancies occurring after the <br />appointment of judges and alternate judges may be filled by <br />subsequent resolution(s) of the City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. That each presiding judge shall appoint <br />two (2) clerks to serve for each precinct in said election. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. That precincts 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, <br />30, 34/45, 36, 44, and 46 shall be polling places for the <br />joint special election of the City of San Marcos, Texas and <br />the County of Hays. <br />
