The following scope of work <br /> is included in this phase: <br /> a) Data Collection/Review <br /> i) Review any available reports, studies, and drawings received from the City. <br /> b) Technical Memorandum <br /> i) Provide two (2) alternative alignments for the proposed waterline shown in an exhibit. Provide <br /> a technical memorandum that discusses the pros and cons of each alignment with estimated <br /> costs. BGE will provide a discussion to recommend one recommended alignment. <br /> c) 30% Design Development <br /> i) BGE will develop 30%design plans for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the recommended waterline <br /> alignment meeting the City of San Marcos Plan Review Checklist. This includes plan view only <br /> of the recommended alignment. <br /> d) Engineers' Opinion of Probable Construction Cost(OPCC) <br /> i) BGE will prepare a 30%OPCC for Phase 1 and Phase 2. <br /> e) Easement and Land Acquisition Requirements <br /> i) Aerial Exhibits showing Temporary Workspace Limits and proposed easement/ROW takings— <br /> One Exhibit in pdf format. <br /> f) Deliverables—two sets of deliverables for two separate packages <br /> i) Technical Memorandum in pdf format. <br /> ii) 30% Phase 1 and Phase 2 Plan Sets in pdf format. <br /> iii) 30% Phase 1 and Phase 2 OPCCs in pdf format. <br /> iv) Phase 1 and Phase 2 Construction Schedules in pdf format. <br /> v) GIS Submittal Checklist in pdf format. <br /> vi) Engineering/CIP Plan Review Checklist in pdf format. <br /> vii) Aerial Exhibits showing Temporary Workspace Limits and Proposed Easement takings for <br /> Phase 1 and Phase 2. <br /> 3. 60% Design Phase <br /> Following City review of the 30%deliverables and NTP to proceed with the 60%design, BGE will begin <br /> the 60%design phase. The following scope of work is included in this phase: <br /> a) 60% Design Development <br /> i) BGE will develop 60%design plans for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the waterline alignment <br /> meeting the City of San Marcos Plan Review Checklist.
