Utility Coordination <br /> a) Phase 1 utility coordination is included in the County roadway project. Phase 2 utility coordination <br /> will be included in this scope of work. <br /> i) Review project to determine which utilities are within the project limits. <br /> ii) Request maps from utilities within the project limits including Charter (Spectrum), Zayo, <br /> Bluebonnet, Grande (Astound), CenturyLink(Bright Speed),American Tower, Texas State, <br /> AT&T, PEC, Crystal Clear, CenterPoint Energy, and County Line Special Utility District <br /> (CLSUD). <br /> iii) Identify utility conflicts—prepare an overall exhibit and utility conflict matrix to be updated and <br /> provided with each design phase deliverable. <br /> 7. Permitting <br /> The following permits are expected to be required for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Project: <br /> a) Hays County <br /> i) At the 90% and 100%design stages, BGE will submit plans for Phase 1 and Phase 2 to Hays <br /> County for permit review. This includes one submittal for the 90%phase and one submittal for <br /> 100%phase. <br /> b) TOOT <br /> i) At the 90%design stage, BGE will submit plans for Phase 1 to TOOT through the Right of <br /> Way Utility and Leasing Information System (RULIS)to obtain the RULIS permit for the <br /> crossing at SH 21. <br /> ii) BGE will respond to any comments received and provide one (1) update to RULIS with the <br /> 100%submittal. <br /> iii) BGE will update RULIS during the construction phase with the construction schedule. <br /> iv) After construction is completed, BGE will provide record drawings to TxDOT. <br /> c) Texas Historical Commission (THC) <br /> i) BGE will submit a letter to the THC for only Phase 2 of the Project. <br /> 8. Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAIQC) <br /> a) BGE will conduct QAIQC reviews of each deliverable prior to final submittal to the City. <br /> II. Field Engineering Services <br /> The field engineering services for this project includes environmental engineering, surveying, and <br /> geotechnical engineering services. Where available, the field engineering done for the County roadway <br /> project will be used for this project. These services are at locations that are outside of the County <br /> roadway project limits. <br /> 5 <br />
