<br />E. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> <br />Discontinuance of Serv~ce (Continued) <br /> <br />Service may also be discontinued for the followinq reasons: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />Failure to pay a delinquent account. <br /> <br />violation of the City's rules pertaining to the <br />use of service in a manner which interferes with <br />the service of others or the operation of non- <br />standard equipment, if a reasonable attempt has <br />been made to notify the manner and the customer is <br />provided with a reasonable opportunity to remedy <br />the situation; <br /> <br />(3) <br />(4) <br /> <br />Failure to comply with deposit requirements: <br /> <br />Without notice where a known dangerous condition <br />exists for as long as the condition exists: and <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Without notice for tampering with the city's meter <br />or equipment or bypassing the same. <br /> <br />Disconnection Service Charge <br /> <br />When service has been discontinued under the provisions of <br />these Rules and Regulations, a charge for reconnect ion dur- <br />ing regular business hours of $15.00, or such amount as may <br />be established from ti111e to time based on the city' s experi- <br />enced cost of providing similar service, shall be made. <br /> <br />If the reconnect ion is made at a time other than regular <br />business hours at the customer's request, a charge commensu- <br />rate with the extra cost of the reconnection will be added <br />to the regularly established reconnection charge. <br />
