<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />DISTRIBUTION LINE EXTENSION POLICY <br /> <br />APPENDIX G <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENTS. <br />SUBDIVISIONS <br /> <br />MOBILE <br /> <br />HOME <br /> <br />PARKS <br /> <br />AND MOBILE <br /> <br />HOME <br /> <br />The city will extend overhead service into a new subdivision <br />developEent only after the subdivision is platted and filed <br />for record in the county in which it is located, and if lo- <br />cated in an incorporated city, filed and approved by the ap- <br />propriate city officials. The plat shall have adequate <br />easeEents dedicated for the construction of electric utility <br />lines, and such easements shall allow access for the con- <br />truction of electric lines to all lots and allowing room for <br />anchors, guys and other appurtenances. <br /> <br />At the request of the developer, the city may, at is option, <br />construct facilities within a platted subdivision provided <br />the developer advances the total cost of such facilities. <br />Otherwise the City will extend primary lines to serve indi- <br />vidual customers as provided for under Appendix A. <br />
