<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> <br />ISSUED BY: <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />REVISION NO. <br /> <br />MEDIUM GENERAL SERVICE - TIME-OF-DAY RATE <br />RATE SCHEDULE - MGS-TD <br /> <br />TIME-OF-DAY METERING PERIODS <br /> <br />For the purposes of this rate schedule, <br />metering periods apply for the billing month: <br /> <br />Off-Peak Period - 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday through Friday <br />All day Saturday and Sunday <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />On-Peak Period- <br /> <br />All other hours <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Customer Charge: <br />Single or Three Phase Service........$75.00 <br /> <br />Demand Charge: <br />All kW of On-Peak Billing Demand.....$7.80 per kW <br />All kW of Off-Peak Billing Demand....$3.05 per kW <br /> <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh.............................. $0.02479 per kWh <br /> <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or "minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjust- <br />ment Clause. The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be <br />subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any gov- <br />ernmental authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues <br />from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Customer <br />Charge", the "Demand Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5: 00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br />
